Wed, 5/22: Missed a week’s worth of running between a houseguest and having some other issues. Finally got 3 miles in on the hated treadmill before spin class.

Sat, 5/25: Was supposed to run 8 but internal issues made me finally turn around early, as well as slow down a bit. Great company but lousy run.
