Ran with Ben this morning for the first half; would’ve had another half-mile with him but he wasn’t feeling well and walked the last portion of his fourth mile back in. Tacked on my 2 solo miles onto the back end of the run and they went well. It was very humid out and between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial, the Mall was full of fog. A bit of a surprise! Then when I got back to my car, just as I was walking up to it, my friend Eric ran by and said hello (out for his own run). Too funny.
