Wednesday: Actually met Ben before my first (normally solo) mile for a hand-off of some stuff, and then ran with him to our normal meeting point where Steve was waiting. Ended up skipping my extra (often solo) mile at the end because my left thigh was a little sore from a very intense massage on Tuesday.

Saturday: Group run! Ben, John, and Stephanie were all there for a nice 8-mile in unseasonably warm (if slightly foggy) weather. Very pleasant.
