Ben and John were running an 18-miler this weekend, but since I’ve topped out my distance for the season, I offered to run the first 10 miles with them. Let them take the reins in terms of pace (they still had almost half their distance still to go when I was done, after all) and it was a nice, pleasant run on an unseasonably warm day. After I finished up I headed out to tackle errands, and the guys reported a good back 8-miles to close out their training.
