I missed Wednesday’s run due to some sleep (or lack thereof) issues, so when a Friday run was offered up (especially since I would be out of town this weekend) I jumped at the chance. But boy was it humid, to the point that I wished I’d worn something a little lighter. Oof. One of my less elegant runs but it got the job done.
