It was a toasty morning today, so I broke out one of the sleeveless shirts to try and compensate a bit. On the bright side, saw Blair out with her running buds near the Lincoln Memorial. I also decided discretion was the better party of valor and that a 7th mile just wasn’t happening. (Plus there’s still spin class tonight.)
