Did I say last week we had no more warm weather running this week? Oops. I lied. Ended up running three miles by myself instead of just two due to Ben’s calf problems cropping up again, but regardless it was a pleasant if slightly misty (but thankfully not raining) run.

Everyone was at the run this morning; first time in months and then some. Bizarre. Run itself went well; we stretched out a bit toward the end (nothing wrong with that) but in general enjoyed the nice crisp weather. Good to see some of our more wayward members once again!

Also, rapidly closing in on the 250-mile mark for new shoes. Wow, that didn’t take long.
